The ‘Invicts’ are coming off their third title defense.
The unbeaten women’s flyweight champion, Michelle Waterson, and Ronda Rousey are both coming off of their respective victories.
In fact, both women’s featherweight champions are undefeated.
Rousey is coming off a dominant submission victory over Lilian Garcia in March, which set up the Invictas women’s bantamweight title fight.
“I don’t think there’s ever been a woman’s feather weight champion in the UFC, so I’m very proud of Ronda Rouseys victory,” Reeves told Ariel Helwani of ESPN.com.
“I’m very, very proud that she has made the fight, because it’s been a long time coming.”
The Invictus women have won the women’s strawweight and featherweight titles in the past, but they haven’t fought in front of a live crowd since November.
While they are unbeaten, the women aren’t expecting the fans to give them a huge boost with the live broadcast.
They also don’t expect the UFC to be happy with how their match went, either.
UFC president Dana White was at the fight and didn’t speak to the media, but the media members in attendance didn’t take kindly to the comments.
On Twitter, Rousey’s trainer, Edmond Tarverdyan, was a bit more diplomatic, though, when asked about Rousey.
@T_Tarverdy_mma: It’s just that she’s a very, uh, strong woman.
It’s her first fight, she knows she has a tough fight ahead of her.
@RondaRouseys @EdmondTarverdi It’s not a surprise that she was booed.

I’m not sure if she got booed because she won the fight or because she was the champion and she had to go.
I’m sure the UFC and the fans will give her an even bigger boost if she wins.
That being said, Rouseys is definitely in a position to win this fight.
She has had two of her three losses to women in the strawweight division and is currently 0-3.
With a win, she’d move to No. 2 in the women`s strawweight rankings.
This fight also helps to boost Rousey`s future aspirations, because her current opponents have been knocked out by Rousey or Rousey herself.
Michelle and Rousey have fought each other on three occasions, including a loss to Rousey at UFC 193 last October.
Waterson defeated Rousey in November at UFC 200, but it was a second-round submission loss.
Toward the end of their match, Waterson used her patented spinning heel kick to land a brutal knee to Rouseys right eye.
Now that Rousey is the champion, Watterson wants to keep that streak alive.
“She’s an absolute champion,” Waterson said.
“She is a very dangerous fighter.
She’s one of the most dangerous women in women`tire and I think she’s gonna continue to be a champion.
She just wants to stay at that level and I hope that she gets another chance to get the win and hopefully we get a rematch.”
If she can get the KO, Waters next fight would be against the No. 4 ranked fighter in the world, Alexis Davis.
Davis was recently injured and out for the entire year with a knee injury.
A fight between Waterson and Davis would be a huge opportunity for Waterson to show her dominance.
It’s a fight that Rouseys would likely love to get her hands on, too.
If Waterson wins, it will be the first time Waterson has faced a female champion in seven years.
And if she gets the KO and Davis is able to get back on the winning track, the Invicts could be back in the title picture in less than a year.
